About:

Basic: Will discuss the Project with client and provide suggestion on how to execute the project and if project tasks are already defined by client at detailed WBS (work Breakdown Structure) then I can create project plan using MS project. Need resource list, tasks list, efforts in hours and dependencies.

Standard: I will work with client to understand the project and prepare project plan by own based on the understanding. will support and maintain project plan and monitor until the project is over. It may require on site visit or assistant. Manage Risks, Budget, Resources, Scope.

Premium: I will involved in All phase of the project, Starting from Idea generation, Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & control and Project closing Phase. Provide detail idea about how project management and project plan works. work with client in all phase of project execution.

All IT and NON IT projects required detail discussion and lots of efforts. Rates may very based on complexity of the requirement. Hourly rate may apply as well for large project.
